I've decided that I need to pamper myself more. Feeling better physically will help me feel better about myself, and feel better emotionally.
One way to achieve this? More tea. Another way? Dry Body Brushing.
Body brushing is FANTASTIC and leaves me all light headed and floaty. Haha.
Baths, natural soaps and lotions, body brushing, drinking more water, candles, etc etc etc.
I took the most amazing bath. I shan't give you the details, but I feel amazing.
